Bitcoin pauses ahead of $80,000 as Fed, war variables draw focus
Bitcoin closed weekly trading above its 21-week exponential moving average for the first time since October 2025, putting attention on whether it can retake $80,000. Analysts cited $79,000 and $73,000 as key levels and said liquidations could add volatility. Markets are also watching the path of a U.S.-Iran war and a series of Federal Reserve events. Some on-chain analysis pointed to institutional demand supporting the downside.

Grayscale says bitcoin forms bottom at $65,000 to $70,000 and has passed the low
Asset manager Grayscale said it believes bitcoin has already formed a bottom. Citing realised price, an on-chain metric, it estimated the realised price for bitcoin that changed hands in the past 1 to 3 months at about $74,000. Grayscale said the current price is just below that level, suggesting many recent buyers have recovered to near break-even. Other analysts said a clearer low could come in late 2026.

XRP aims to reclaim $1.92, focus on volume indicators
XRP has climbed to $1.39 and is at a short-term turning point, with price compressing as market participation fades. Resistance is seen at $1.42 to $1.44, then $1.55 to $1.60, where trading was heaviest after a February plunge. Daily indicators remain weak, with RSI below 50. Whale transactions peaked near January highs and surged during a Feb. 5-6 drop, then fell to the quietest level since December.
