Nvidia steps up push into PC CPU market with integrated-chip Windows PCs in sights
Nvidia is stepping up its push beyond GPUs into the PC CPU market, drawing attention to how it could affect a landscape dominated by Intel and AMD. Axios reported Nvidia plans to unveil next week its first Windows PC using its own chip as the main processor. The chip is expected to integrate CPU, GPU and NPU functions in a system-on-chip design. Microsoft and PC makers, including Dell, plan to show products at Computex and Microsoft Build.

Intel launches Arc G-series processors for handheld gaming PCs
Intel has entered the dedicated processor market for handheld gaming devices, unveiling its Intel Arc G-series processors aimed at portable gaming systems. The lineup includes the Intel Arc G3 and Intel Arc G3 Extreme, based on the Core Ultra Series 3 Panther Lake architecture and built on Intel\'s 18A process. They feature a mix of P-cores and E-cores, integrated Arc B390 graphics, XeSS 3 support and connectivity such as Wi-Fi 7 R2 and Thunderbolt 4.

Samsung Display unveils world\'s first 4K 360Hz QD-OLED for monitors
Samsung Display said on May 28 it has developed a QD-OLED monitor panel that combines 4K resolution with a 360Hz refresh rate for the first time. The 31.5-inch panel will be shown to customers and media at Computex 2026 in Taipei. The company said it overcame technical limits by optimizing the panel circuit and driving system. The product includes a dual mode that can raise refresh rate to 680Hz at FHD and supports VESA DisplayHDR True Black 600 certification.
