NCSoft Q2 operating profit up 1053 percent, led by Lineage Classic
NCSoft said second-quarter revenue more than doubled from a year earlier to 770.5 billion won, while operating profit surged 1053 percent to 173.9 billion won. Net profit was 131.2 billion won. Revenue and operating profit rose 38 percent and 53 percent from the previous quarter, with an operating margin of 23 percent. Overseas sales accounted for 52 percent of revenue. Lineage Classic and record PC game sales supported results.

NCSoft to unveil three new titles at Gamescom 2026
NCSoft will take part in Gamescom 2026, a game exhibition to be held in Cologne, Germany from Aug. 26, and will showcase a global lineup of new titles, it said on Wednesday. The company plans to unveil three titles at Opening Night Live: Aion 2, Cinder City and Project Bonfire. Aion 2 is set to begin early access on Sept. 30. Guild Wars 3 will join the B2B hall.
