Kyrgyzstan emerges as \'crypto Switzerland\' and targets Central Asia hub
Kyrgyzstan is moving to build a Central Asian digital asset hub, backed by two state-level stablecoins and a large gold storage facility. A local fintech consultant said a dollar-pegged token is backed by physical gold bought by the finance ministry and stored in a new national vault, with the ministry holding all tokens. A second stablecoin is based on the som and launched on BNB Smart Chain with Binance.

Shinhan Bank is stepping up support for small and midsized South Korean companies preparing to enter the U.S. market. It plans to provide practical information needed for local expansion, from setting up a corporation to tax and accounting and financial support, amid changes in the U.S. trade environment and accelerating restructuring of global supply chains. The bank held a conference in Seoul with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

NCSoft\'s \'TL\' to launch in 11 countries including Russia and Eastern Europe on May 19
NCSoft is expanding the service region for its MMORPG “Throne and Liberty (TL)” to 11 countries across Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia, the company said on Wednesday. TL is set to launch on May 19. Five Eastern European countries and five Central Asian countries are included. NCSoft previously ran a closed beta test from April 21 to 28 to check technical metrics and server optimisation and plans to reflect user feedback with local publisher Astrum Entertainment.
