Aracore, a U.S. subsidiary of blockchain and AI company BPMG, said on Sunday it signed a memorandum of understanding with Malaysian blockchain infrastructure firm Teiza to jointly identify an institutional stablecoin payment and settlement model between South Korea and Malaysia.
The two companies will review a cross-border payment and settlement model involving financial institutions and fintech companies in both countries by linking Aracore’s Institutional Settlement Network (ISN) with Teiza’s digital infrastructure and institutional network.
They plan to identify actual transaction demand and operations where stablecoins can be applied through financial institutions and payment and settlement partners cooperating with each company.
According to Aracore, Teiza is a blockchain company that builds digital infrastructure for governments, financial institutions and companies. It is based in Malaysia and has digital infrastructure and an institutional network spanning Southeast Asia, South Asia and Central Asia.
Earlier, Teiza introduced the Malaysia Blockchain Consortium in November 2025 with 19 founding institutions in finance, fintech and blockchain.
