Rableup files securities registration statement, steps up Kosdaq listing push

AI infrastructure management and operations software company Rableup said on Monday it filed a securities registration statement with South Korea\'s Financial Services Commission and began the public offering process for a Kosdaq listing. NH Investment & Securities is the lead underwriter. The company plans to offer 2.18 million shares at 20,000 to 23,000 won each, targeting proceeds of 43.6 billion to 50.1 billion won, and invest the funds in R&D, global expansion and infrastructure.

Rableup wins preliminary approval for Kosdaq listing

AI infrastructure software company Rableup said on Wednesday it has received preliminary listing review approval from the Korea Exchange for a Kosdaq listing. The company said the approval came about two months after it filed its application on May 21, calling it the shortest such case among general-company Kosdaq preliminary approvals in 2026. Rableup said it will use listing proceeds for R&D, global expansion and infrastructure, with NH Investment & Securities as lead manager.

Lablup joins Linux Foundation\'s Agentic AI Foundation as silver member

Lablup said on May 18 it will join the Agentic AI Foundation (AAIF), an open-source agentic AI foundation under the Linux Foundation, as a silver member. AAIF was jointly founded in December 2025 by Anthropic, Block and OpenAI and is operated by the Linux Foundation. Lablup plans to take part in adopting the MCP standard, contributing agent infrastructure technology and expanding Korea’s open agent ecosystem.
