Searchdog joins Autodesk AU 2026 to target U.S. market
Searchdog, an industrial data AI startup, said it took part in Autodesk University 2026 held in Las Vegas from Sept. 15 to 17. It showcased an AI platform that integrates analysis across EPC and AEC documents, including contracts and specifications, as well as CAD drawings and BIM. The platform extracts and links document clauses, tables and revision histories with drawing and BIM object data, enabling natural-language search and compliance checks. The company demonstrated the platform and discussed PoCs with North American AEC and manufacturing firms and technology partners.

Searchdog selected for Nvidia Inception, develops AI for drawing analysis
Industrial data AI startup Searchdog said on Sunday it was selected as a member of Nvidia\'s startup support programme, Nvidia Inception. The company develops technology to analyse large-scale documents and drawings that are difficult for large language models to process, targeting the engineering, procurement and construction industry. It said it supplies related services to South Korean builders including Samsung C&T and has raised seed funding and additional financing this year.

Lee Jong-han named August science and technology award winner for bridge damage prediction
South Korea\'s Ministry of Science and ICT and the National Research Foundation selected Lee Jong-han (이종한), a professor at Inha University, as the August winner of the Republic of Korea Science and Technology Award. He was recognised for developing live digital twin technology that integrates analysis of material degradation, component damage and structural behaviour in social infrastructure. His team quantified nonlinear concrete deterioration and built tools linking BIM and FEM for integrated management.
