Baemin B Mart\'s lowest-price challenge project lifts orders 62 percent after one year

Baemin B Mart\'s \"lowest-price challenge\" project increased both orders and transaction value by more than 50 percent after a year, the operator of Baedal Minjok said on Wednesday. Orders for items in the project rose about 62 percent and transaction value increased about 53 percent as of July, 10 months after a nationwide rollout in September. The always-on promotion covers fresh food, processed food and household goods.

Baemin Connect riders deliver supplies to abandoned dog shelter

Baemin riders visited an abandoned dog shelter to deliver supplies and help improve conditions, the company said on Wednesday. Woowa Youths, a logistics unit of Delivery Hero Korea\'s Baedal Minjok, held a volunteer activity with Baemin Connect riders and employees. Fifty participants visited Bigdog Forest in Paju, donated pet items through Baemin B Mart and delivered them using riders\' top boxes. They also cleaned kennels and care areas. The company plans an adoption campaign using posters and QR codes on top boxes.

Woowahan Cheongnyeondeul to distribute 700,000 bottles of water at Baemin B Mart to support riders during heatwave season

Woowahan Cheongnyeondeul, which handles logistics services for Delivery Minjok, will distribute 700,000 bottles of water free of charge at Baemin B Mart stores nationwide from June 15 to Sept. 20. The company said the move is part of its 2026 comprehensive heatwave response plan for riders and follows a safety and health workplace agreement signed in May with government agencies. It also plans cooling equipment at pickup zones.
