Financial Security Institute steps up emergency system against cyber attacks over Chuseok holiday

South Korea\'s Financial Security Institute will strengthen its emergency response system to prepare for cyber attacks targeting the financial sector during the Chuseok holiday. It will expand 24-hour integrated security monitoring for key threats, including attacks abusing artificial intelligence and security vulnerabilities. The institute said it will reinforce its response posture from Sept. 24 to 27, operate an on-call system and share information with relevant authorities if incidents occur.

AhnLab aims to transform into AI-native security firm and target 1 trillion won revenue

AhnLab said it will transform into an AI-native security company and unveiled its integrated brand, AhnLab AI PLUS. The company plans to reorganise about 30 security products and services, threat intelligence and security operations experience around AI.
