Kple launches \'second market\' for online investment finance investment-rights trading
Kple, a platform operated by online investment finance firm PFCT, is launching a \"second market\" service that lets existing investors sell principal-and-interest receivable rights to other investors. The service allows sales before maturity for apartment collateral investment and securities account collateral investment products. Investors can sell from the third business day after investing and set their own discount rate. Amounts are settled immediately upon execution. Buyers join existing products midstream, with interest calculation starting immediately.

Cardone Capital takes on U.S. REIT market with hybrid real estate-bitcoin structure
Cardone Capital is seeking to enter the U.S. real estate investment trust market with a hybrid structure that pairs large multifamily properties with bitcoin. CEO Grant Cardone said the approach could target higher returns than traditional REITs and attract investors without prior bitcoin exposure. The firm said it buys discounted institutional-grade apartments and holds both property cash flow and bitcoin in a separate LLC. It cited a Boca Raton deal totaling about $335 million.

KB Kookmin Bank has introduced an artificial intelligence-based complex analysis and comparison service on its comprehensive real estate platform, KB Real Estate. The service analyses and compares key information on complexes customers are interested in, including apartments, officetels and villas, to support housing decisions. The bank said it launched the interactive AI feature as its second such service after AI property search within \"Home-Finding AI\".
