Snowflake to hold Snowflake World Tour Seoul on Aug 27 to share AI strategy
Snowflake will hold its annual Snowflake World Tour Seoul conference on Aug. 27 at the COEX Conference Center in Samseong-dong, Seoul. The event is part of a global data conference held in 23 cities and marks its fifth edition in South Korea. Snowflake will focus on how to connect AI to business outcomes using trusted data and platforms, with keynote speeches, customer case studies, an awards ceremony and afternoon sessions across four tracks.

SentinelOne, Fargonetworks launch hybrid MDR to counter AI-driven attacks
SentinelOne and MDR specialist Fargonetworks launched an AI-based joint security operations service called Hybrid MDR, combining SentinelOne\'s Wayfinder Threat Hunting with Fargonetworks\' 24/7 MDR operations. The companies said the model integrates threat hunting using Google Threat Intelligence, monitoring by security analysts, and expansion to NDR and CTEM to improve detection and response, including against unknown zero-day attacks. The service will be offered at no extra cost to customers using Singularity Complete through Fargonetworks.

Dataiku says performance matters in AI projects, with Cobuild automation tool as answer
Enterprise AI platform company Dataiku unveiled its AI project auto-generation tool Cobuild at a media briefing in Seoul on Tuesday. Cobuild lets business users enter goals in natural language and automatically creates an AI project package without coding, including data pipelines, machine-learning models, agents and applications. Executives said many companies use AI but few see meaningful ROI and stressed governance, visual workflows and monitoring. Dataiku also introduced new products including E2A and Agent Management.
