Tesla humanoid Optimus enters initial production, but key hurdles still block commercial use

Dataline raises $10.6 million for AI agent data network, plans token launch this year

Dataline, a decentralised data network for AI agents, has raised $10.6 million in a seed funding round and is preparing a public token sale, The Block reported. The round was co-led by Lattice and Dispersion Capital, which has investments from Samsung, with participation from Coinbase Ventures, Symbolic Capital and Anagram. Dataline plans to launch its token this year and run the public sale on Base using Uniswap’s continuous liquidation auction system.

Mandatory disclosure of AI training data from government-backed projects raises questions over detailed criteria

South Korea is moving to require AI training data built or produced during government-backed projects to be provided through the national AI Hub platform. As detailed rules are drafted ahead of an April start, debate is growing over whether data obtained or further processed at companies’ own expense should also be subject to disclosure in joint public-private projects. Another issue is how authorities will assess requests to exclude data on grounds such as trade secrets, privacy or copyrights.
