Scalable AI agents require cross-team collaboration, Dell executive says

Matt Dunphy (맷 던피), a senior vice president at Dell Technologies, said building AI agents is not a solo effort and requires collaboration among data science, security and legal teams to create scalable systems. Speaking at the Dell Technologies Forum 2026, he outlined stages of agent evolution and said workers may soon manage many agents. He also cited difficulties in defining high-value use cases, changing operating models, and preparing IT infrastructure, while stressing token economics and deployment choices to control costs.

Han Jun-ho vows to speed up physical AI legislation, calls for shift to negative regulation

Han Jun-ho (한준호), a lawmaker from the Democratic Party, said he will push to speed up parliamentary processing of legislation related to physical AI and shift the current regulatory system in a more flexible direction. Speaking at an event in the National Assembly on Aug. 25, Han said technology is outpacing the law and the government needs to change how it regulates. He also called on industry and academia to submit policy proposals and tasks.

Rableup files securities registration statement, steps up Kosdaq listing push

AI infrastructure management and operations software company Rableup said on Monday it filed a securities registration statement with South Korea's Financial Services Commission and began the public offering process for a Kosdaq listing. NH Investment & Securities is the lead underwriter. The company plans to offer 2.18 million shares at 20,000 to 23,000 won each, targeting proceeds of 43.6 billion to 50.1 billion won, and invest the funds in R&D, global expansion and infrastructure.
