RippleX steps up XRPL overhaul, pursuing privacy, tokenisation and AI transactions
RippleX is moving to overhaul the XRP Ledger to address quantum-computing attack risks and AI-driven demand for micropayments. Ayo Akinyele (아요 아키니엘레), a senior RippleX engineer, outlined the modernisation strategy in a recent YouTube interview, the blockchain outlet U.Today reported. The plan focuses on strengthening privacy, tokenising real-world assets and setting new DeFi standards, alongside introducing hybrid signatures and a Know Your Agent system for autonomous AI transactions.

Market analyst Egrag Crypto said the next move depends on reactions around $1.19 and $1.14, warning a drop below $1.19 could lead to a retest of lower supports, including $1.14. Chart Nerd pointed to resistance near the 50-day EMA and support near the 20-day EMA.

Broadcasting media telecom committee to help production support projects raise investment, including 'Rookie Director Kim Yeon-kyung Season 2'
South Korea's Broadcasting Media Telecommunications Committee said it will run a special programme at the 2026 Korea International Streaming Festival in Busan to support investment and overseas expansion for domestic broadcast content. The event runs from June 18 to 21. Activities include an international streaming summit session, screenings, an investor showcase and an awards segment. A closed-door showcase will introduce this year's supported projects.
