Cadian launches TWArch Pro virtual design solution for traditional wooden architecture

Cadian, an AI-based CAD and smart construction solutions company, said on Jan. 5 it will launch CADian TWArch Pro, a specialised program supporting the design, analysis, restoration and virtual implementation of traditional wooden architecture. The company said the solution digitises structural principles and design methods and offers a 3D modelling-based environment beyond 2D drawings. It defines key components, supports numeric input-based design and provides automation and 3D virtual implementation features.

Channel Corporation hires Global Brain's Lee Kyung-hoon as CAIO

Channel Corporation said on Jan. 5 it has hired Lee Kyung-hoon, head of Japan venture capital firm Global Brain’s Korea office, as vice president and chief AI officer. Lee previously worked at Boston Consulting Group and generative AI startup AKA before leading Global Brain Korea from 2018 to recently, overseeing Korea-Japan cross-border startup investment. He has also served as an outside director at Allganize and Realworld.

InCross's largest shareholder changes to SK Networks

Digital advertising company InCross said on Jan. 5 that SK Networks has become its new largest shareholder. InCross said it completed all procedures tied to a share sale agreement between SK Square and SK Networks signed in October last year, and the change took effect on Jan. 2. The company said the reorganisation should help it secure new growth engines. It plans to generate results in 2026 through synergies with its new owner in advertising, commerce and AI.
