[DigitalToday reporter Sangyeop Oh] Korbit has unveiled an installable program that lets users make natural-language requests to AI agents such as ChatGPT Codex and Claude Code to execute digital-asset price checks, orders, and deposits and withdrawals.

Korbit said on Thursday it has launched an AI agent trading tool, 'Korbit CLI'.

Korbit CLI is a program that users install on their personal computers. Users can talk with an AI agent to check digital-asset prices and account balances and run Korbit’s main functions, such as orders and deposits and withdrawals.

Installing it with a single command also sets up the Model Context Protocol (MCP) server and agent skills needed for AI agent integration.

It also provides a simulated investment environment that lets users test AI agents and automated trading programs without using real accounts or assets.

Users can test orders and executions and balance changes in the same way as the Korbit Open application programming interface (API), and verify the full operating process in advance.

Korbit CLI also includes 'Korbit TUI', a terminal user interface for developers. Users can check real-time prices, order books and candlestick charts on a terminal screen, and use order and deposit and withdrawal functions.

Korbit also released 'llms.txt', related documentation to help AI agents understand how to use the Open API.

Korbit Chief Technology Officer Jungwoo Lee (이정우) said, "In an environment where AI agents handle real assets, execution reliability and traceability, and a sufficient pre-verification system are important."
