Foblgate launches AI-based next-generation identity verification system
Foblgate said on Tuesday it has commercialised a next-generation identity verification system that combines AI-based facial recognition with an ID forgery detection solution, the first such rollout by a domestic digital asset exchange. The system compares facial features with an ID photo in real time and uses liveness detection to identify abnormal attempts such as spoofed videos, photos or masks. It also checks ID authenticity and detects various forgery traces.

LG Energy Solution signs 5 GWh ESS battery supply deal with Hanwha Qcells
LG Energy Solution said it has signed a 5 GWh energy storage system battery supply contract with Hanwha Qcells. The company will supply LFP batteries produced at its Holland, Michigan plant from 2028 to 2030 for ESS projects Hanwha Qcells is pursuing across the United States. The contract includes LG Energy Solution Vertech’s lifecycle services. The companies plan to link batteries and solar modules using U.S. production bases in Michigan and Georgia.

Telta launches AI literacy assessment to measure organisations' AI capabilities
AI-based HR intelligence solutions company Telta said it has launched an "AI Literacy Assessment" to objectively measure organisations' ability to use artificial intelligence. The company said it built the assessment system by analysing frameworks from global big tech firms such as OpenAI and Anthropic, and recruitment posting data from 30 Fortune-selected AX-leading companies. It uses a large language model-based written evaluation and provides individual reports and organisational analysis.
