[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang (황치규)] JobPlanet, a career platform operated by AI and data-based HR tech platform WorkSphere, said on Tuesday it held an inauguration ceremony on Aug. 12 for its Gen Z supporters group, 'Career Creator Crew'.
JobPlanet said the 'Career Creator Crew' consists of 8 university students and job seekers in their 20s who are interested in content creation activities with JobPlanet. The selected supporters will directly plan and produce SNS content using JobPlanet services and data for about 3 months from August to November. Supporters will receive a modest activity allowance, rewards for top performers and official certificates of completion. They will also be given priority opportunities to participate in career lectures run by WorkSphere.
The supporters will serve as a bridge linking Gen Z career concerns with JobPlanet's services. From the perspective of job seekers at an early career stage, they will provide highly credible content based on actual service-use experience.
JobPlanet plans to start with this supporters programme and continue expanding content for each early-career stage, from exploring aptitudes to job hunting and strategies for a first job change.
A JobPlanet official said, "The Career Creator Crew is a programme planned to help JobPlanet be reborn as a new career media outlet that reflects Gen Z voices." The official added, "By adding JobPlanet's own data and information to stories that university students and job seekers are genuinely curious about and concerned with, we plan to present career content that is easier and more fun."
