Poland crypto regulation stalled again as president's veto stands

Poland's lower house again failed to overturn the president's veto of a cryptocurrency regulation bill, leaving a supervision gap in place. Lawmakers fell short of the 266 votes needed to override the veto. The bill would have implemented the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets regulation and given the Polish Financial Supervision Authority oversight powers. The product uses the De Simone Formulation, a proprietary blend of eight strains, with 30 billion CFU per sachet. LG Energy Solution, Seoul National University solve gas generation in LMR batteries

LG Energy Solution and Seoul National University said they have addressed a key hurdle to commercialising lithium manganese-rich (LMR) batteries by curbing gas generation in large cells for electric vehicles. The team analysed oxygen redox behaviour during charging and discharging and found that both upper charge voltage and lower discharge voltage affect oxygen recovery. Using redesigned operating and activation conditions, a 40Ah-class LMR large cell retained 92.2 percent of initial energy after 883 cycles.
