Poland crypto regulation stalled again as president's veto stands

Poland's lower house again failed to overturn the president's veto of a cryptocurrency regulation bill, leaving a supervision gap in place. Lawmakers fell short of the 266 votes needed to override the veto. The bill would have implemented the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets regulation and given the Polish Financial Supervision Authority oversight powers. The dispute comes as prosecutors investigate alleged fraud and money laundering linked to Zondacrypto.
