Bitcoin short-term holders see sharp drop in returns despite flat price

Bitcoin short-term holders’ average unrealised return fell to 13.7 percent from 15.4 percent over the past week as their average entry price rose while bitcoin traded in a range. On-chain analyst Axel Adler Jr said the decline was driven by higher realised prices rather than a price drop. Short-term holders’ realised price climbed to $73,700. Long-term holders’ realised price edged down to $48,800, moving in the opposite direction.

ChatGPT adds virtual try-on and favorites features

OpenAI added virtual clothing try-on and a Favorites saving feature to ChatGPT, expanding its shopping assistance tools. The update will roll out sequentially to users worldwide. Users can upload selfies or full-body photos to see how clothes or accessories would look, with a new “try on” button shown in shopping results. Favorites lets users save items in an in-app library, stored alongside virtual try-on images. The update uses the ChatGPT Image 2.5 model.

XRP fails to gain despite Ripple positive news - why?

A major project to link XRP Ledger (XRPL) to Brazil’s financial market infrastructure has been unveiled, but XRP fell after the announcement. Ripple is working with Brazilian securities registration and settlement firm CSD BR, with an initial issuance expected to reach about $15 billion by the end of 2026. Ripple executives said the project tokenises existing financial assets rather than bringing immediate new cash into the network.
