Douzone Bizon said on Thursday it will supply its generative AI platform, ONE AI Private Edition (PE: Private Edition), for Seoul’s project to build administrative support AI agents.

Douzone Bizon will provide the AI platform to the operator carrying out the project.

A chatbot 2.0 built last year on ONE AI PE is running in an in-house large language model (LLM) environment within Seoul’s administrative network. Based on a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system trained on 270 types of administrative work manuals, it provides answers with supporting grounds and sources.

Through the project, Seoul will first build three agents for document summarisation, meeting room reservations and selecting proposal evaluation committee members. It will also develop common functions used by multiple departments, including organisation chart and budget information searches.

The document summarisation agent summarises received and produced documents and attachments in the work management system according to document type.

The meeting room reservation agent handles reservations, changes and cancellations through conversational instructions alone, and suggests alternatives that meet conditions. The proposal evaluation committee member selection agent sends text messages to candidates in sequence to confirm attendance and secures the required number of people in line with composition rules.

ONE AI PE provides the common foundation environment that serves as the basis for operating these agents. Designed with a structure that is not dependent on a specific AI model, accumulated assets such as administrative system links and task-specific agents remain intact even when switching to a new model, Douzone Bizon stressed.

Seoul plans to survey repetitive tasks across departments alongside operating the pilot service, select additional targets for automation and draw up an expansion plan. It will also strengthen infrastructure in parallel, including expanding high-performance GPU servers.

A Douzone Bizon official said, “Following the proof that AI can be used safely even in a closed network at public institutions, this project has made it possible to implement a practical agentic AI administrative innovation model in which AI performs actual tasks.” The official added, “With a verified platform and technical support, we will firmly support Seoul and the project operator so they can build a success case for public AI agents.”
