Webzen is recruiting applicants for recruitment-linked internships in its technology, game business and marketing divisions.

Webzen said on Thursday it will accept applications for its 2026 second-half internship through Oct. 19 via its official recruitment site.

The recruitment covers 13 job roles, including technology, game business and marketing. Webzen plans to select 00 applicants, and applications are open regardless of age or academic background.

Some roles that require foreign-language capabilities, including global business positions, require proficiency in languages such as English, Japanese and Chinese.

Those who pass the document screening will then go through an online test by division, a working-level interview and an executive interview. Final successful candidates will be notified individually in December after all stages are completed.

Final successful candidates will take part in a six-month recruitment-linked internship from January 2027. During the internship, they will receive pay and benefits at the same level as regular employees, and conversion to a regular position will be decided based on performance evaluations.

Webzen currently operates a selective working hours system and a flexible commuting system. It also provides welfare benefits including employee loan support, group accident insurance, welfare points and travel subsidies for long-service employees.
