China steps up humanoid robot job training to prepare deployment in factories and services

China is stepping up preparations to deploy humanoid robots in the labour market, using government-backed training centres to build capabilities for factory and service jobs. At a Beijing humanoid robot data training centre, robots repeatedly learn tasks such as factory work, housework, shelf sorting and metal repairs. Instructors use cameras, motion capture and remote controls to generate training data for AI. Some robots are already being trialled in roles including chefs, bartenders and traffic police.

The car can charge from 10 percent to 80 percent in 11 minutes when using a 600-kW DC fast charger. The figure assumes ultra-high-output charging infrastructure, which remains limited for most U.S. consumers, raising attention to the gap with real-world use.
