Hana Financial Group to recruit 250 for internships for vulnerable groups

Hana Financial Group said on Thursday it will recruit participants for its “Hana Power On Innovative Enterprise Internship” programme through April 15, targeting groups vulnerable to employment such as people with disabilities, women returning to work, youths and new seniors. It will select 250 people this year, more than last year, and provide up to 2.3 million won a month for three months. Additional allowances and training will also be offered.

K Bank links with Naver mobile ID in event offering up to 10,000 won

K Bank said on Wednesday it has introduced a mobile ID link-up service in cooperation with Naver and will run an event for new customers. To mark the launch, K Bank will offer up to 10,000 won in cash benefits through the end of December. Customers who sign up for the first time via a dedicated page will receive 7,000 won immediately, with an additional 3,000 won if they use Naver’s mobile ID for identity verification when opening a daily account.

NHN KCP to handle Mercedes-Benz payment infrastructure

NHN KCP said on Wednesday it has signed a strategic partnership with Mercedes pay, a fintech unit of Mercedes-Benz, and will take charge of payment infrastructure for vehicle sales at Mercedes-Benz Korea. Under the cooperation, NHN KCP will handle the full payment process for Mercedes-Benz Korea’s new sales model, Retail of the Future, to be introduced in April. The system links payments from reservations to final balances and supports simplified payments, virtual accounts and cards.
