Ripple teams up with Stripe-owned Privy to add AI auto-payments to XRPL, tops 13 million

Ripple is working with Stripe-owned wallet infrastructure company Privy to introduce AI-based payments and embedded wallet functions on the XRP Ledger. The integration lets developers build payment apps using XRP and Ripple USD without users managing private keys. The collaboration centres on agentic commerce and the x402 open payments protocol for automated software-to-software payments.
