Asset manager Strive bought an additional 21 bitcoin, raising its total holdings to 19,921 BTC. It bought between July 13 and 17 at an average price of $63,221 each, for about $1.3 million. Cash and cash equivalents rose by $3.3 million to $157.4 million as of July 17. Share counts changed due to an at-the-market program, while the firm also reported holdings and fair value changes in preferred shares.

Bitmine earned $45.7 million last quarter from Ethereum staking and validation, but booked a $92.1 million loss on Ethereum-linked option trading, resulting in an $83.6 million quarterly net loss. Revenue rose to $46.5 million for the quarter ended May 31. Over nine months, derivative losses totaled $133.3 million. The company issued about 340.7 million shares to fund Ethereum purchases and reported large unrealised digital-asset losses, while saying it has liquidity for at least 12 months.

His holdings rose to 5,968,762 shares, while his stake fell to 7.33 percent.
