RSUPPORT launches RemoteCall and RemoteView in Indonesia
RSUPPORT, a remote solutions company, said on Sept. 7 it held an official launch event in Jakarta on Sept. 3 for its remote support solution RemoteCall and remote access solution RemoteView for local reseller partners. The event was hosted by PAT (Prospera Aswindra Teknologi), RSUPPORT’s exclusive distribution partner in Indonesia, and was attended by about 60 local reseller partners. The support targets companies, local governments and organisations in affected areas, which can immediately use three remote solutions depending on disaster conditions and work needs.
