Mgame to pay first-ever quarterly dividend to boost shareholder returns
Mgame will pay a quarterly cash dividend for the first time since its founding, instead of an annual year-end dividend. The company set the dividend at 110 won per share, for a total payout of about 2 billion won, with a record date of July 2. It is expanding dividend payments from once a year to quarterly. Mgame also decided on 4 billion won in share buybacks and plans new game launches.

SKT Q1 operating profit recovers to 5-trillion-won range as AI data centre business surges
SK Telecom reported first-quarter consolidated revenue of 4.39 trillion won and operating profit of 537.6 billion won, down 1.4 percent and 5.3 percent from a year earlier. Net profit fell 12.5 percent to 316.4 billion won. The company said it recovered profitability, with quarterly operating profit returning to the 500 billion won range. It also resumed a quarterly dividend of 830 won per share and highlighted strong growth in its AI data centre business.

Regional financial holdings post mixed Q1 net profit results despite asset growth
BNK, JB and iM financial holding groups posted asset growth in the first quarter, but their profit structures diverged. Combined net profit rose 9.9 percent from a year earlier to 532 billion won. BNK’s profit jumped 26.9 percent, while JB and iM were little changed. Differences emerged in non-interest income, expenses and asset quality indicators. All three saw capital units strengthen their role in earnings and expanded shareholder return policies.
