Uniswap Foundation holds $85.8 million in assets, can operate until early 2027

The Uniswap Foundation, which oversees the decentralised exchange Uniswap, said it can operate until early 2027 with its current funds. As of Dec. 31, 2025, it had about $85.8 million in assets, including $49.9 million in cash and stablecoins, 15.1 million UNI tokens and 240 ether. It allocated $106.2 million for grants and incentives and $26.3 million for operating costs and staff token rewards.

Ethereum governance solution Tally to shut down after five years, fails to secure sustainability

Decentralised governance solution Tally will shut down after five years, The Block reported on Tuesday. The service worked with major Ethereum-based applications including Uniswap and Arbitrum and supported payment flows of more than $1 billion, but failed to secure sustainability amid market changes. Tally had initially pursued an ICO but decided to stop, citing an unsuitable market environment, its CEO Denison Bertram said.
