Binance will delist 12 margin trading pairs on Sept. 3 local time, including pairs linked to Sui, Avalanche and Chainlink. It will stop borrowing for the affected isolated margin pairs from Sept. 1. On Sept. 3, it plans to close user positions, carry out automatic settlement and cancel all open orders before removing the pairs from its margin service. Binance also plans a separate spot delisting of all spot pairs for ICON, Secret and Storj from Sept. 3.

Arthur Hayes (아서 헤이즈) said bitcoin could face upward pressure if U.S. and Japanese currency intervention expands dollar liquidity. He highlighted the Fed’s FIMA Repo facility, which allows foreign central banks and international organisations to borrow dollars against U.S. Treasuries. Hayes outlined steps in which Japan borrows dollars, sells them for yen and buys domestic assets, while the Fed expands its balance sheet. He also discussed ethereum and Ethena, and disclosed Maelstrom’s bullish bitcoin position.
