[DigitalToday reporter Hwang Chi-kyu (황치규)] Aave V3, a DeFi lending network, has officially launched on Mantle Network.
Aave is a protocol that has built lending and borrowing infrastructure proven in the global DeFi market. Through the Mantle integration, it will provide core financial services across the Mantle ecosystem, including yield generation, lending and asset management based on institutional-grade liquidity.
With the integration, Aave V3 will support major assets in the Mantle ecosystem, from stablecoins to yield-bearing tokens. Supported assets include USDT0, USDC, USDe, sUSDE, GHO, WETH, WMNT, FBTC, syrupUSDT and wrsETH, covering major DeFi and financial ecosystem assets such as Tether, Circle, Ethena and Maple Finance.
With the launch, Mantle and Aave will also start a joint incentive programme over the next 6 months. The programme aims to build and accelerate a base layer for sustainable on-chain capital efficiency, centred on selected Aave markets.
