N2SF shift opens public-sector security SaaS market, Monitorlab to step up push
Monitorlab plans to push its Security Service Edge platform into South Korea\'s public sector, citing growing opportunities as the National Network Security Framework, or N2SF, is introduced. LG Uplus acquires Pago Networks to upgrade companywide security system
LG Uplus said on Tuesday it has acquired Pago Networks, a specialist in managed detection and response (MDR) solutions. It plans to internalise Pago Networks\' threat detection, analysis and response capabilities to upgrade its companywide security system and expand its security business for corporate customers. LG Uplus said it will strengthen internal processes using threat intelligence and know-how accumulated through MDR operations.

LG Uplus teams up with Fortinet to develop next-generation security services
LG Uplus is partnering with global cybersecurity company Fortinet to roll out cloud-based security services. The companies signed an MOU at MWC26 in Barcelona on March 4 to strengthen security-service competitiveness. They will step up cooperation on services including SASE, enhance solutions to apply consistent security policies and build zero-trust-based systems. LG Uplus also unveiled its in-house U+SASE, which is set for formal launch soon.
