LG Uplus unveils \'Simply. U+\' brand campaign
LG Uplus on Saturday released video content showing how it incorporates customer ideas submitted through its participatory service, Simply Lab, into services to reshape telecom user experience. Simply Lab lets customers send complaints or improvement ideas directly to the company and shares the review process through to service features. LG Uplus added the service to its U+one app in November and has received about 10,000 ideas.

LG Uplus holds 30th annual general meeting, approves six agenda items
LG Uplus said on Monday it held its 30th annual general meeting at its Yongsan headquarters in Seoul and approved six agenda items as proposed. Shareholders approved the 2025 financial statements and set a year-end cash dividend of 410 won per common share, up 10 won, taking the annual dividend to 660 won. The meeting also approved charter changes, including adding data centre design, build and operation services.

LG Uplus \'Simple. Lab\' campaign wins consumer-chosen good ad award
LG Uplus said on Thursday its brand campaign advertisement \'Simple. Lab\' won the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Award in the digital category at the 34th Consumer-Chosen Good Advertising Awards. The awards are jointly hosted by the Korea Association of Advertisers and the Korea Consumer Organizations Council, and sponsored by the culture ministry. Consumers participate directly in judging, evaluating message empathy and social value.
