Policy-based autonomous patching is the answer in Mythos-era security

Tanium Korea said companies need a fundamental shift in patch management as AI automates the full cyberattack chain and sharply shortens the time from vulnerability disclosure to large-scale attacks. Executives said existing patch processes are too slow and that simply increasing speed can raise risks. They proposed policy-led automation and introduced Autonomous Patch Management, which assesses risk in real time, executes patches based on predefined policies and verifies removal of threats. The company also outlined AI-focused security products and an autonomous operations agent.

No AI without data sovereignty, Synology sets out three-pillar strategy on data, security, recovery

Synology Managing Director Mike Chen (마이크 첸) said companies cannot treat AI as optional but warned that adopting AI without properly controlling vast legacy data can undermine data sovereignty. Speaking at a Computex 2026 keynote in Taipei, he cited a Gartner survey showing widespread employee use of personal AI and disclosures of pasting sensitive company data into external tools. He outlined Synology’s three-part approach: data ownership, security AI and trusted disaster recovery.

Fasoo AI showcases AI security solutions at Gartner summit, steps up North America push

Fasoo AI said on Wednesday it took part in the Gartner Security Summit 2026 held in National Harbor, Maryland, from June 1 to 3, introducing an artificial intelligence data leakage risk management framework and related solutions. The company said it used the event, which brings together global security and IT leaders, as a stage to target the North American market. Executives also highlighted new leakage pathways driven by generative AI and related tools.
