SK Group declares \'AI golden time\' to map major shift roadmap at Icheon forum
SK Group is changing how it discusses management issues to speed up its response to its AI transition. The group will hold the 2026 New Icheon Forum from June 11 to 13 at the SKMS Research Institute in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province, under the theme of disruptive innovation from AI and a major shift to AX-led management. About 50 executives, including Chairman Chey Tae-won, will attend.

SK launches Impact Booster to help social ventures scale up
SK said on Wednesday it will launch a scale-up support programme, Impact Booster, for social ventures at the growth stage. The programme targets social ventures that have moved beyond Pre-A funding and entered Series A or B rounds, before an IPO. SK plans to select about 10 companies a year, offering business cooperation with key affiliates and up to 70 million won in support, provided in phases based on progress and collaboration projects.

SK Specialty labour and management vow trust and cooperation to overcome uncertainty
SK Specialty said it has set up a system to respond to the global semiconductor market through a joint declaration by labour and management. The company held a 2026 labour-management cooperation agreement ceremony at its Yeongju headquarters and formalised their cooperative relationship. The two sides issued a five-point declaration under the slogan \'One team, One Goal,\' focusing on sustainable growth, trust and communication, competitiveness, safety, customer value and social responsibility.
