Observability fragmentation deepens as eG Innovations pushes single-platform approach

Srihari Avar (스리하리 아바르) cited three issues: alarm overload, proliferation of monitoring tools and wasted manpower. The company said its EG Enterprise single platform monitors everything from user experience to infrastructure and supports automated root-cause analysis, domain-specific agents and expanding AI features.

Rimini Street aims to expand agentic ERP success cases by lowering entry barriers
Moves by various companies toward so-called agentic ERP, which combines ERP and AI agents, are becoming more concrete. Rimini Street is making agentic ERP a key business for 2026, focusing on enabling companies to use AI agents cost-effectively on their existing ERP systems. Its South Korea unit’s executive director said the strategy is to help SAP ERP users use AI agents without changing their systems. The company has partnered with ServiceNow and plans to expand deployments through templates and trial programs.
