CJ Olive Networks will begin an open recruitment drive for entry-level employees in the first half of 2026 to support CJ Group’s AX (AI Transformation).

The hiring will cover 12 areas: AI, DX, software, ERP systems, security, data, infrastructure services, network services, UX/UI, business support, management support and human resources.

DX engineers will be responsible for building major business systems and group-wide common services, as well as developing platforms, across CJ Group’s food and food service, biotechnology, logistics and new retail, and entertainment and media businesses. ERP system engineers will build and operate corporate business systems based on SAP ERP and will support the group’s next-generation system development.

CJ Olive Networks is strategically strengthening its AI area this year and will expand recruitment in that field. AI engineers will support AX across various industries by developing AI technologies based on deep learning frameworks and building language AI, physical AI and agent-based application services.

Lee Yong-wook (이용욱), head of human resources at CJ Olive Networks, said the company is expanding its business as it supports AX across various industries based on digital technologies such as AI, data and cloud. He said he expects strong interest and applications from people who will challenge themselves with new technology and business changes and continue to grow.
