LG CNS unveils \'Physicalworks\' RX platform, says it will build robot-led operating system
LG CNS unveiled its robot transformation (RX) platform brand, Physicalworks, integrating robot training and operations. At an RX media day in Seoul, CEO Shin Kyun-hyun (현신균) said the company would combine full-stack capabilities from training to deployment and operations to set a new standard for commercialising physical AI. The platform supports the full robot lifecycle and consists of Forge for training and Baton for operations and monitoring.

LG CNS posts Q1 revenue of 1.315 trillion won; AI, cloud share rises to 58 percent
LG CNS said on Wednesday it posted first-quarter revenue of 1.315 trillion won and operating profit of 94.2 billion won. Revenue rose 8.6 percent and operating profit gained 19.4 percent from a year earlier. AI and cloud revenue increased 6.7 percent to 765.4 billion won, making up about 58 percent of total sales. The company said it is expanding data centre DBO projects, modular AI data centres and global business.

LG CNS launches RX Innovation Lab to step up robot consulting business
LG CNS has set up a dedicated organisation to expand its Robot Transformation (RX) business and support companies in planning and executing robot adoption strategies. The company said it established the RX Innovation Lab to provide tailored consulting, from identifying robot use cases to workflow redesign and proof-of-concept reviews. It offers a three-stage programme covering analysis, solution selection and verification, including productivity, safety and operational efficiency checks.
