LG CNS invests in U.S. robot firm Dexmate to accelerate expansion into physical AI

LG CNS said on March 10 it made a strategic investment in U.S. robot company Dexmate to strengthen hardware competitiveness for humanoid robots optimised for industrial sites. The investment was made through LG Technology Ventures, LG\'s corporate venture capital arm. Dexmate builds humanoid robots used as standard research hardware by global robot brain developers and uses wheels instead of legs for stable long-duration work. LG CNS plans to provide a full-stack RX service combining hardware, a robot foundation model and an operations and training platform.
