RideFlux signs MOU with Tata Daewoo Mobility on Level 2+ autonomous driving
Autonomous driving AI technology company RideFlux has signed a memorandum of understanding with commercial vehicle maker Tata Daewoo Mobility to cooperate on developing a Level 2+ driver assistance system for commercial vehicles and Level 4 autonomous driving. The companies plan to pursue mass production by installing RideFlux software for five core highway functions on Tata Daewoo Mobility’s large truck platforms, Maxen and Kuxen. RideFlux will lead development of DCAS software aligned with UN R171.

RideFlux files preliminary review application for Kosdaq listing, aims to list this year
RideFlux said it filed a preliminary review application for a Kosdaq listing with the Korea Exchange on Aug. 14. The autonomous driving AI software company said it passed a technology assessment in May after receiving A ratings from two specialised evaluation agencies designated by the exchange. It is working with Korea Investment & Securities and Woori Investment & Securities as joint lead managers for a second-half listing.
