Salesforce says it will be a partner for agentic enterprise transition

Salesforce presented an “agentic enterprise” built on its AI agent platform Agentforce as a next growth model. At an event in Seoul, Salesforce Korea CEO Sejin Park said companies should transition and that Salesforce would connect back office, data and workforce operations to create measurable business value. Salesforce said it has deployed more than 300 internal agents and that Agentforce has grown into an $800 million business. It also introduced “Headless 360” and showcased customer cases at POSCO and Musinsa.

China\'s memory chipmaker CXMT is preparing to enter the PC DDR5 memory market, raising expectations of changes to the global supply structure led by Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix and Micron. Industry watchers say the move may matter more for diversifying supply than for lowering prices, as CXMT\'s pricing is said to be similar to rivals\'. CXMT is reported to be prioritising consumer PC supply rather than AI data-center products, with early use likely in entry-level products in China.

Kakaotalk overhaul leader Hong Min-taek to leave Kakao ahead of AI shift

Hong Min-taek (홍민택), Kakao\'s chief product officer who led a major Kakaotalk overhaul, is leaving before completing his term, industry sources said. Hong joined Kakao in February last year after serving as chief executive of Toss Bank and spearheaded the \"Big Bang Project\". A feed-style redesign of Kakaotalk\'s friends tab drew user backlash and was later partly rolled back. Kakao now faces a leadership gap as it pushes AI-linked service upgrades and seeks to restore profitability.
