LG CNS to apply AI agent to Chaum health screening center
LG CNS said on Tuesday it will pursue a proof of concept with Chaum and Cha Healthcare to apply an AI agent at Chaum’s health screening center. LG CNS will develop an AI agent tailored to health screening tasks, while Chaum will verify its efficiency and usability at screening sites. The AI agent will analyze records across CRM and EMR systems, recommend needed tests and support report writing and follow-up care.

Douzone Bizon holds AX Leadership Forum, outlines direction for public sector AX in age of AI agents
Douzone Bizon on Aug. 25 held the 37th AX Leadership Forum at Douzone Eulji Tower ATEC in central Seoul for officials from nonprofit and public institutions. The event was also livestreamed on its YouTube channel, DouzoneTV. Speakers addressed national-level AI agent adoption, public-sector AX tasks and directions for public institutions. Sessions also introduced AX implementation cases at major public bodies and shared methods for public-sector AX, including administrative automation and decision support.

KT showcases public-sector AI transformation results on global stage at MWC26
KT on Sunday unveiled results from its public and enterprise AI business at MWC26 in Barcelona, promoting its Korean-style AI transformation capabilities. The company won a Supreme Court project to build a trial-support AI platform and has developed and operated an AI-based teaching and learning platform with the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education since 2023. It introduced use cases, system architecture and key functions for both projects.
