[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang (황치규)] Douzone Bizon on Aug. 25 held the 37th AX Leadership Forum at Douzone Eulji Tower ATEC in Jung-gu, Seoul, for officials from nonprofit and public institutions.

The event was also livestreamed on its YouTube channel, DouzoneTV.

The first session was delivered by Seung-hyun Lee (이승현), an adjunct professor at Gachon University’s Startup College. Lee, a public AI policy expert and former director of the AI Platform Innovation Bureau at the Digital Platform Government Committee, presented on the theme, "In the age of AI agents, national strategy and public AX." He set out the need for national-level adoption of AI agents and key AX tasks facing the public sector.

In the second session, Seong-min Choi (최성민), a deputy general manager at Douzone Bizon’s AX Public Business Division, continued with a lecture titled "Presenting the direction of AX transformation for public institutions in the age of AI agents." Choi, as project manager, introduced actual AX implementation cases at major public institutions including the Army Headquarters and Seoul City Hall.

In the following session, Douzone Bizon senior consultant Seong-jae Lee (이성재) gave a presentation titled "After technological innovation: Public AX starting with ONE AI." Based on cases in which the enterprise AI agent ONE AI was applied in actual work settings, he shared specific methodologies for implementing public AX, including administrative task automation and decision-making support.

A Douzone Bizon official said, "This forum made it possible to review in one place the national-level AI strategy and technology solutions that can be applied immediately in the field." The official added, "We will continue to hold the AX Leadership Forum both online and offline to provide practical AX insights to leaders in various industries and the public sector."
