AI services and solutions company Bespin Global said on Tuesday it has implemented an artificial intelligence-focused reorganisation. The company said the move is part of efforts to establish itself as a specialist AI partner that embeds AI across corporate business, from AI consulting to deployment, management and operations.

The company said the most notable change is the strengthening of dedicated AI organisations. Bespin Global created an "AI & DATA BC" and appointed Vice President Sunho Han (한선호) as its head. Han, who led IBM's Watson AI business, will spearhead efforts to design customers' end-to-end AI adoption journeys and apply AI technologies in industrial settings.

Vice President Daeyoung Han (한대영) will oversee the AI value chain BC and the enterprise and emerging business division. He plans to focus on providing customised solutions for customers to improve profitability.

Separately, Vice President Jongho Kang (강종호), who led public-sector cases including the government's first AI platform "Everyone's Plaza," Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power's "K-GPT" and the Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education's "WooriAI," will oversee the public business division and the "AI Platform BC." The "Google BC," which has strengthened technical expertise for Gemini Enterprise services amid a recent surge in demand in the enterprise AI market, will continue to be led by Executive Director Junyong Park (박준용).

Bespin Global said it will also pursue an overhaul of its profit structure through the reorganisation. It plans to move away from its existing business model and increase the share of revenue centred on subscription-based platform recurring income and its own AI brand, HelpNow.

It plans to accelerate global expansion based on 15 offices in nine countries and secure a technological edge by providing a zero-trust-based, AI-dedicated security architecture.

Bespin Global Chief Executive Yangho Heo (허양호) said, "If last year was the period to prepare a structural shift into an AI-centric company, 2026 will be the first year to lead the market based on those results." He added, "Beyond the meaning of helping with existing cloud adoption, we will evolve into a true AI partner that creates real business outcomes for customers, with the slogan 'Helping You Adopt AI.'"
