PRIBIT AI is shifting its identity from a security company to an AI governance and risk-control firm and has announced an execution strategy. UNC endowment annual return tops 30 percent as pre-IPO SpaceX bet pays off
The University of North Carolina endowment posted an annual return of more than 30 percent through June, with an early investment in SpaceX cited as a key driver. The stake reportedly grew to about 10 percent of the fund before any listing. Former UNC-Chapel Hill chancellor Holden Thorp, who once opposed the bet, later acknowledged he was wrong. Similar rebounds in private tech holdings are also being cited at other U.S. university endowments.

KT is taking part in Techsauce Global Summit 2026 in Bangkok with 12 partner small and medium-sized venture companies to support their entry into Southeast Asian markets. The conference runs through Aug. 28 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. KT will arrange tailored meetups with exhibitors, provide consulting for local market entry and hold one-on-one sessions with global venture capital firms.
