KT will take part in a technology conference in Thailand with 12 partner small and medium-sized venture companies to support their entry into Southeast Asian markets.

KT said on Aug. 27 it will participate in Techsauce Global Summit 2026, running through Aug. 28 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, together with 12 partner small and medium-sized venture companies.

Techsauce Global Summit is a major technology conference in Southeast Asia. This year it features sessions on themes including AI transformation (AX), fintech and foodtech, along with an exhibition involving about 300 companies.

The participating companies are Marsys, The Pinkfong Company, Mokkoji, Bpro Company, Dime Technology, Allganize Korea, DeepingSource, XL8 AI, Trash Busters, Peach AI, Pevo and GreyLab, 12 firms in total. They were selected mainly from companies aiming to enter the Southeast Asian market.

Among them, Allganize Korea is reviewing cooperation with KT for a joint push into global markets. XL8 AI is seeking to enter Southeast Asian markets based on its in-house AI translation solution.

To boost local business results for participating companies, KT will review about 300 exhibiting companies in advance and arrange tailored meetups with companies with high potential for collaboration. It will also provide consulting for local market entry. KT will also set up one-on-one consultation sessions with global venture capital firms.

The event is part of KT's partner mutual-growth programme promoted under the slogan 'BLOOM, Together'. KT operates a win-win fund, cash payment support, joint public-private technology commercialisation and AX commercialisation programmes.

Kwon Hye-jin (권혜진), executive vice president and head of KT's SCM Office, said, "We will actively support promising small and medium-sized ventures in entering overseas markets and growing."
