Nexters to acquire OneStore, push shift to Web3 game store and AI platform
Nexters will acquire South Korean app market OneStore and shift it into a Web3 and artificial intelligence-based game platform. Nexters decided to buy 20,247,990 OneStore shares, or 89.03 percent, for about 62.6 billion won. Sellers include SK Square, Naver, Steel No.1 First and Krafton. Nexters plans to integrate its full-stack game platform capabilities and pursue a Web3 game store strategy globally, while keeping OneStore’s existing distribution businesses.
