KT overhauls My KT app around AI to surface benefits first
KT is overhauling its My KT app into an AI transformation, or AX, app designed to recommend benefits and information first based on customers’ usage patterns and subscription data. The company added a personalised message area at the top of the home and benefits screens and placed an AI agent, My AI, prominently in the app. My AI comprises 14 specialised agents and supports questions and tasks across key telecom service areas. KT will run a customer experience promotion from Oct. 12 to 31.
