Mizuho says Bitcoin rebound is different this time, driven by spot and ETF demand

A recent Bitcoin-led rebound in the cryptocurrency market could be structurally more stable than past bull runs, an analysis said. Mizuho Securities analyst Dan Dolev said the move is supported by spot buying and inflows into exchange-traded funds, not rising leverage. Open interest remains depressed, while U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs drew about $1.9 billion in a week led by BlackRock\'s IBIT. Retail participation is still unclear, with exchange volumes weak.
