Galaxy Digital CEO says U.S. CLARITY Act likely to pass by June

Galaxy Digital approves up to $200 million share buyback
Galaxy Digital has approved a 12-month share buyback program for up to $200 million of its Class A common shares, Cointelegraph reported. The repurchases may be made in the open market or through privately negotiated transactions under a 10b5-1 plan. Galaxy is not required to buy a specific amount and can halt the program at any time. The company is listed on Nasdaq and the Toronto Stock Exchange.
